Private Bookings

All bookings are considered firm and we require full payment to hold your booking. We will contact you to confirm availability and payment options. You may cancel your booking at no charge up to 24hrs in advance of your instruction by calling 022-153-8879 or email. If your course is cancelled by Dunedin Climbing for any other reason, you will be offered an alternative day or you will be fully refunded. You cancel less than 24hrs before your course or do not turn up you will be charged the full price of your course.

 

Pricing

All prices stated are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). We do not accept payment in any other currency. Your bank may apply charges for converting currency. These charges are applied by your bank, we accept no responsibility for these. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

 

Responsibilities for Schools

  • Follow all instructions from Dunedin Climbing instructors, if you do not understand please do not hesitate to ask for clarification
  • Must read and accept a Dunedin Climbing RAMS form
  • Supply Dunedin Climbing with any relevant information regarding the participants e.g. students with special needs

 

Responsibilities for Private Clients

  • Follow all instructions from Dunedin Climbing instructors, if you do not understand please do not hesitate to ask for clarification
  • Every participant must complete a Dunedin Climbing participant information form
  • Every participant must understand and sign a Dunedin Climbing acknowledgement of risk agreement form
